The one thing I love the most about having a senior rep team is getting to meet girls that I would have only spent an hour or two getting to know at their normal senior session. I get to bond and learn about their hobbies, laugh at their quirks and even create friendships with girls from different schools that might not have gotten to know each other otherwise.

These Nebraska teens that are high school seniors are so much fun and I cannot wait to meet the rest of the Class of 2021 this fall! Seniors are always my favorites, and getting to get a group of them together to be part of my Senior Rep Team really adds to my excitement to watch them interact and share their love of shooting sessions. I love my DRP seniors and my rep team is always a fun way to spoil the girls that were already going to booking a session and in return, giving them plenty of ways to earn incentives like free sessions, product credits and referral bonuses.

This year, we struggled through what felt like one hundred reschedules between viruses, wind and even rain. I swear every year I’m fighting the weather but thankfully these girls were patient with me and I promised them it’d be worth it. And well, it’ totally was!

What I love the most about my rep team is that the girls, while not getting their picture taken and are waiting, have small talk but make sure to include each other. While shooting I could hear them saying words of encouragement to the person getting theirs taken and it warms my heart. It’s tough being a teen, there’s so much judgement and to take the time to find women who lift each other up is extremely important to me. These girls will eventually be our community leaders! But, I think my favorite part of the day was watching them laugh and get to know each other! My whole intention of having a rep team is to find ways to bridge schools and bring girls together to empower and encourage each other.
