Ema is a senior at Grand Island Lutheran High School. From the moment she stepped in front of the camera, she was a natural. Her second session took place in late summer, which is one of my favorite times for senior pictures. The perfect light, and softer tones create the most flattering and timeless look, especially in an urban setting like downtown.

For her senior pictures in Grand Island, we explored several downtown spots that offered a mix of clean architecture, textured stone, and classic stairways. Downtown Grand Island is such an underrated location for senior photos. It gives you that clean, editorial feel while still keeping things relaxed and authentic plus you get to be in your own hometown! Ema’s outfit was absolutely perfect for the setting. A gorgeous neutral top paired with dark denim gave her photos a timeless look that will age beautifully. I love that it’s very modern vibes but still gives a classic clean look.
