There’s something magical about late summer light—and Lilly’s senior session at Pioneers Park in Lincoln, Nebraska was the perfect way to soak it all in! 🌾📚
Lilly is a senior at Lincoln Southwest High School, and her session was full of personality, golden light, and the things she loves most—especially her favorite books! We planned her shoot for early fall when the weather had cooled off a bit, but the tall grass and trees still looked amazing. Pioneers Park gave us the perfect natural backdrop for her dreamy sunset session.
One of the best parts? Lilly brought along her favorite book series — James Patterson’s Women’s Murder Club. As a fellow book lover, I was instantly intrigued and actually started reading the series myself after her session (highly recommend if you’re into thrillers!). We made sure to feature the books throughout her shoot, from balancing them on her head to relaxing in the grass for a few cozy reading shots. 📖✨ It’s always so much fun including hobbies of my seniors and these are such a classic way to look back at yourself in twenty years to see what fun you had.
Lilly wore the sweetest white floral dress and kept her hair naturally curled for a soft, timeless look that fit beautifully with the soft golden tones of the tall grass. Her natural joy and bright smile lit up every photo—and her love for reading added such a personal touch to the session.
Lilly, thank you for letting me capture this chapter of your story! I can’t wait to see what adventures are next for you.
If you’re a high school senior and want to capture your senior year in a fun, meaningful way, let’s chat! Whether you want a sports-themed session, a sunset senior session, or both, I’d love to help you create images you’ll treasure forever.
