Omaha NE Summer Senior Portraits | Nebraska Senior Photographer

I cannot wait to introduce you to Mitch from Elkhorn South High School near Omaha, Nebraska! He wanted something different than his friends and I think we nailed it out of the park with his stunning senior pictures. From bins, to barns and tall grass, this senior session had a little bit of everything.

Omaha Senior Pictures

For Mitch’s senior session he said he wanted something different than his friends. So we opted for a more rustic feel that included barns, bins, trees and gravel roads. Those locations combined with his muted tones in his outfits gave us beautiful images that popped and really highlighted him.

We started the afternoon near a grass filled tree line. You want to ensure even lighting so I always reach for locations I know are shaded. This is fairly simple if you re-use your locations or have done enough research to know what works. Mitch knocked out those easy spots right away and then we buzzed over to another farm location to knock out the second portion include his truck.

Truck Senior Portraits

At the second location, we shot some barn pictures as well as his favorite. Pictures of his truck! I love when seniors find ways to incorporate their personality into their pictures. His truck is special to him, and I knew it’d loosen him up! He loved talking about it and snagging some shots next to it!

What I loved most about shooting Mitch’s senior portraits is that we talked about his future plans. I love learning what the seniors plan on going into in their future. Seeing the excitement is so encouraging. I cannot wait to see how he does in Milford at Southeast Community College. It’s a wonderful college and I know a lot of people who have graduated their programs and continue on to do many wonderful things!
