Sweet girl Cassidy. I’ve known her for years. I used to help “coach” her and it makes me so sad looking back five plus years ago when her tiny sweet voice said to me. “Kelsey, when I become a senior, you’re taking my pictures.” Ahh! It seemed so long ago!! But it’s bittersweet. I was honored and THRILLED to be trusted all these years later to take her senior pictures. Girlfriend, you have the brightest smile and personality that can light up any room and it’s a joy seeing you.

Cassidy Kowalski of Wilber, Nebraska

Cassidy is part of the Class of 2020 at Tri-County High School located near DeWitt, Nebraska and might be one of our most hilarious senior reps on our crew. She brings laughter to every single session I’ve ever had with her and I just adore her pretty curly hair that gives her personality that much more “oomph.” Cassidy did a summer session and surprisingly the Nebraska summer night wasn’t that hot considering during the day the temps were above ninty degrees outside.

Cassidy is active in 4-H, FFA, spanish club, and letter club in between all of her busy sports activities. She loves showing cows, working on the farm, and (my fav answer!) czech dancing with friends in what little free time she has. She is always so busy working as well, this girl is what I’d call a true Nebraska farm girl! Busy working with her cattle in between hanging out with friends and those activities. I don’t know how we had time to even squeeze in pictures 😉

For Cassidy’s pictures we mixed it up a little. Did some on the farm near Wilber, while others we did at a few other farm locations. We choose the local famous red barn (which I’m obsessed with!) for a few images as well as a fun bean field. I think it really pulls out the farm roots in her family! Then we found some grain bins and old rustic sheds to snap a few images before traveling to our favorite spot. The dirt road!! Her outfit choices went perfectly with the locations and it all pulled together really well I feel like.

I love getting to know my clients and one of the questions I always ask is what is one thing people would never know about you and her reply was that she loves running. That caught even me off guard but it’s a great activity to enjoy!
